We are a family run business based in Aviemore. Our aim is to provide the freshest local produce including fish, shellfish and crustaceans. Our staff have a combined knowledge of over 65 years in the seafood industry and have won several UK and French Awards which means quality you can trust.
Where is our fish from?
Our white fish and shellfish comes from different fish ports in Scotland straight from the boats allowing for ultimate freshness. Our smoked range comes from local smokehouses and some of our specialised products are cured in-house and our salmon is of Scottish origin.
How is our fish processed?
We process all our products in house. We have four professional filleters prepping all stock and everything sent out is less than two days old.
